Dental Cleaning & Examinations

A complete cleaning and check of teeth, gums, and surrounding tissue. We use exams as a chance to educate — proper flossing, brushing twice a day, and the small habits that prevent decay before it starts. Recommended at least twice a year.

Comfort-First Care

We understand patients can feel anxious about visiting the dentist. Our team takes time to listen and walk you through exactly what your procedure will be like — advanced equipment combined with a comfortable, relaxing setting.

02 — Restorative

Repair, replace, restore.

When teeth are damaged or missing, we focus on identifying what caused the issue in the first place — then build a treatment plan that protects long-term oral health, not just the moment.

02 / a

Root Canal Treatment

A restorative procedure that saves millions of teeth every year. When the pulp at the center of a tooth becomes injured or infected, root canal treatment removes the damaged tissue, eliminates bacteria, and preserves your natural tooth — typically followed by a crown to restore full function and appearance.

Dental Crowns & Bridges

Crowns cap a damaged or treated tooth to restore its shape, strength, and appearance. Bridges fill the space left by one or more missing teeth, anchored securely to the adjacent ones. Both are built to match your bite and the look of your surrounding teeth.

Dental Implants & All-On-4

The closest thing to a natural tooth — a titanium post fused with the jawbone, topped with a custom crown. For patients missing most or all of their teeth, All-On-4 supports a full arch on just four implants, often in a single procedure.

Dentures & Partial Dentures

A custom-fitted option for patients replacing several or all of their teeth. We walk you through what to expect, how to care for them, and how to adjust comfortably to wearing them day to day — and we stay available if something needs reshaping later.

03 — Cosmetic

The smile you've been thinking about.

Cosmetic dentistry that enhances the look of your teeth without compromising how they work. Brightness, shape, alignment, repair — we go over the options and customize the result to what you actually want.

Professional Teeth Whitening

In-office whitening that delivers a noticeable result in a single visit, plus take-home options for ongoing maintenance. Brighter than what you can do over the counter, and supervised so you don't damage the enamel doing it.

Dental Veneers

Thin, custom-shaped porcelain shells bonded to the front of your teeth. Veneers correct chips, gaps, discoloration, and uneven shape in one cohesive look — without altering the function of your bite.

Smile Makeover

A coordinated plan combining whitening, veneers, crowns, alignment, or implants — sequenced into the right order for your mouth, your budget, and your timeline. We start with a conversation about the smile you actually want.

04 — Orthodontics

Straighter teeth, without the metal.

Dr. Sauerwein is a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. Both adults and teens come in for Invisalign, and we handle the full treatment in-house — from the first scan to the final retainer.

Invisalign® Clear Aligners

Step 01
Consultation & scan

We review your oral health and take a custom impression of your mouth.

Step 02
Custom aligners

A new tray every one to two weeks, worn 20–22 hours a day, gradually shifts the teeth into place.

Step 03
Retainer & follow-up

After the final tray, a custom retainer keeps everything in its new position for the long term.

05 — Emergency

Pain doesn't wait. Neither should you.

If you have a chipped or broken tooth, a sudden infection, severe sensitivity, or a lost crown or filling, call us. We'll work to see you the same day whenever possible — and we'll walk you through what to do in the meantime.

What to expect

Predictable, unhurried, on your terms.

Every treatment plan starts with a thorough exam and a conversation about your goals. We explain what we see, what we recommend, and what each option looks like in time and cost — before any work begins.

Payment

We accept a variety of insurance plans and the following payment methods: American Express, Cash, Check, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Bring your card or insurance details to your first visit and we'll handle the rest.

How often should I come in for a cleaning? +

We recommend a checkup and cleaning at least twice a year. Regular visits let us catch any early signs of infection or decay before they get worse — and they're the most important step toward a healthy smile in between cleanings.

Do you take insurance? +

Yes. We're an affordable family dentist that accepts a variety of insurance plans, along with cash and major credit cards. Call us with your provider info and we'll confirm coverage before your visit.

Are root canals painful? +

Most patients find a root canal no more uncomfortable than having a cavity filled. Some soreness is normal for a day or two afterward, and most people are back to school or work the next day. If you're nervous, we'll talk through it before we begin.

How long does Invisalign take? +

On average, less than two years — though the exact length depends on the severity of the alignment and how consistently the aligners are worn (20–22 hours a day is the recommendation). Teens often finish a little faster than adults.

Do you treat children? +

Yes — we see patients of every age. Dr. Sauerwein in particular loves seeing our littlest ones, and was awarded DFW Child Magazine's "Mom Approved Family Dentist" in 2024 in recognition of that.

Ready when you are.

Currently accepting new patients across Dallas, Kaufman, Tarrant, Rockwall and Collin counties.
